The Government of the State of Georgia through its Georgia Department of Economic Development approved the set up of a Trade Office by the Association in the State.
In May 2010, the ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIAN EXPORTERS USA, INC was incorporated in the Office of the Georgia Secretary of State with Nigerians in Diaspora and other Nationals as Directors. On November 3, 2014 the State Government having reviewed the workplan of the ANE-USA Trade Office, endorsed the staffing and operationalization of the Trade Office through a letter signed by the State Chief of Protocol.
The Nigerian Trade Office is designed to provide Export Trading House services to boost trade & Investment under the US African Growth & Opportunities Act (AGOA), and third country trade with the entire North and South Americas.
